This Privacy Policy outlines how ChurchMost, LLC (“We” or “Us”) collects and uses our user’s (“You” or “Your”) personal information, which We gather from Our websites, services, and desktop and mobile applications (collectively referred to as "ChurchMost”). We strive to ensure that any personal data we collect about You will be held and processed strictly in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, as set out in this notice.

This Privacy Policy also describes the choices You have regarding personal data We’ve collected about You. “Personal information” or “personal data” is any information that can be used to contact or identify a single individual.

Data processed by ChurchMost can be classified in two ways:

  2. Data collected by Our users and used for their purposes. For example, Your church may collect data about You and use this data to communicate with You.

This policy specifically covers data that is collected by Us. We are not responsible for, nor do we have control over, the use of data that is collected by users of ChurchMost.

By using ChurchMost, You agree to the collection and use of Your personal data in accordance with this policy. Terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions.

During Signup

When You sign up for ChurchMost, We ask you to provide information about Your church or organization, information about the Initial User, billing information, and consent to our terms, agreements, and billing statement.

We use this information for creating and administering Your Account. We also may use this information to contact You and send You newsletters, marketing or promotional materials, or other information that may be of interest to You. You may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from Us by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails.

While you use ChurchMost

We also automatically collect information on how ChurchMost is accessed and used ("Usage Data"). This Usage Data may include information such as Your computer's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages that You use/visit, the time and date of your visit or use, the time spent on those pages or features of ChurchMost, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data. We use this data to analyze ChurchMost’s performance and make our services more effective.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on ChurchMost and We retain this information to provide and improve ChurchMost.

If a breach of data occurs within ChurchMost, We will inform You via email at Your last listed email address within 30 business days of discovering the breach. By using ChurchMost, You acknowledge and agree that We may send You electronic notifications via email instead of notifications by mail.

Retention of Data

We will retain and use Your personal data to the extent necessary to comply with Our legal obligations (for example, if We are required to retain Your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes and enforce Our legal agreements and policies. We will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes.

Data Disclosure

Business Transaction – If We are involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, Your personal data may be transferred. We will provide notice before Your personal data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.

We will take all the steps reasonably necessary to ensure that Your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of Your personal data will take place to an organisation or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of Your data and other personal information.

6. "Do not track"

We do not support Do Not Track ("DNT"). Do Not Track is a preference You can set in some web browsers to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked.

ChurchMost may contain links to other sites that are not operated by Us. We strongly advise You to review the Privacy Policy of every site You visit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.

8. Children's Use

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 13. In order to use ChurchMost, You must be old enough to consent to the collection of Your personal data in your country.

9. Ammendments

We may periodically update this policy. We will notify Our users about significant changes to this Privacy Policy by sending a notice to the user’s primary email address listed with Us. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
